The SPE Student Chapter Leoben, part of the global Society of Petroleum Engineers, boasts a broad portfolio of accomplishments. As you might know, we are a non-governmental and non-political society which is mostly funded by affiliated companies of the petroleum industry. The SPE Student Chapter Leoben is a leading student community in Leoben, responsible for all petroleum student activities on campus and excursions as well. Specifically, we have created solid and popularity-proved services, available for all members and students. For example, we arrange numerous events every year, a lot of company presentations on and off campus and extended excursions abroad, like Stavanger, Russia, and Kazakhstan. Moreover, we organize collective SPE book orders at a reduced price and offer our library to our members.
