How to get to the hostel in Vienna?
The hostel in Vienna is located at the following address: Mariahilferstraße 137, 1150 Wien. The easiest way to get there is by using the subway. The closest station is Westbahnhof which can be reached via U3 or U6. Participants arriving on Sunday the 9th of October 2016 are going to be picked up and brought to the hostel.
What does it cost to use the public transport system in Vienna?

How to get to Leoben from Vienna?
The only way to get to Leoben from Vienna is by train. Trains leave at Wien Hauptbahnhof every even hour at xx:25. The first train leaves Vienna at 6:25 in the morning. The costs for a one way ticket to Leoben is 32,80 Euro and can be purchased directly at the train station. The easiest way to get to the train station is via the subway U1. You need to leave the subway at the station Südtiroler Platz. Afterwards follow the signs to the train station.

What is included in a full, standard or congress ticket?
The full ticket includes access to all the congress sessions, the accommodation in Leoben, dinner on the 11th of October and lunch + coffee break on all the remaining days of the congress (11th-13th of October).

I have registered for the fieldtrip, can I get some additional information about the schedule?
The fieldtrip is going to take place on Monday the 10th of October 2016. The bus is going to leave from Leoben at 07:30. Afterwards the bus is going to pick up the people who stay in Vienna at approximately 09:30. Then we are going to visit the OMV Refinery in Schwechat from 11:00 to 13:00 o’clock. After the lunch break the bus is returning to Leoben. The lunch is going to be covered by the SPE Student Chapter Leoben.
How can I get from the airport in Vienna to Leoben?
For those who have registered in for the field trip, and who arrive already on Sunday, a bus will take you from the hostel in Vienna to the field trip, and then further to Leoben. For all who arrive later, the best option will be to go by train. Trains between the airport and Vienna leave approximately every 30 minutes, and trains between Vienna and Leoben exist every two hours. Train tickets cost ca. 35 Euros. When is the poster contest going to take place?
The poster contest is going to take place on Wednesday the 12th of October 2016. The posters are going to be put up by the volunteers of the SPE Student Chapter Leoben in the morning. The evaluaton of the contest by the jury is going to take place on the same day from 13:00 to 14:30. The time spot when you should be available for the jury is going to be sent out one week prior to the contest.
